Whether you like it hot, or over ice, it takes just three minutes (and three easy steps) to create the most comforting cup you'll drink all day.

One Gold Scoop
Add 1 level Gold Scoop (15g) of your chosen blend to your favourite mug with 50ml of milk and whisk to a smooth paste.

Top up
Top with hot water or milk and sweeten to taste with raw honey or maple syrup.

Slow down & sip
Top with frothed milk, take a breath and let each nourishing sip restore you.
